Implementation Consultant, Digitalisation of Cooperative Agricultural Financial Institutions

Requested Services: 

• The project “Digitalisation of cooperative (agricultural) financial institutions in West Africa” supports the digitalisation of cooperative (agricultural) financial institutions in West Africa with the aim of improving access for micro, small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to needs-based digital financial services in Burkina Faso, Benin, Mali, Senegal and Togo. The project focuses on modernising management information systems (MIS) and technical infrastructure, as well as introducing integrated solutions for administrative and financial management. Furthermore, it aims to promote the development and integration of innovative digital financial services. The consultancy services comprise technical, organisational and regulatory support for the digital transformation of the CIF and its member networks, including system implementation, data and process architecture, the digitalisation of financial services, change management, the promotion of innovation, as well as project management and institutional capacity building.
