Brief description of the Contract:
Recruitment of an audit firm for an Assurance Engagement in accordance with ISAE 3000- Revised: Disbursement of funds under the Disbursement Fund Procedure in favour of the Global FCP Programme Manager (FCP - Fonds pour la Consolidation de la Paix - peace-building fund), divided into 2 lots with the obligation to bid on the two lots hereafter:
- Lot 1: Component FCP III in Goma: Performance of periodic assurance missions to the Manager of the FCP III for phase 1 of the Programme (March 2019 to February 2023) in Goma ; FCP III is intended to contribute to the stabilisation of peace in the east of the country and the reduction of poverty through targeted investments;
- Lot 2: PVJ Component in Kinshasa: Carrying out periodic assurance missions to the PVJ Manager for the entire duration of the Programme (March 2019 to February 2023) in Kinshasa ; PVJ - Prévention de la Violence Juvénile - is intended to contribute to the improvement of social cohesion ("culture of peace") and thus to the prevention of youth violence in Kinshasa through an inclusive and participatory approach
