Consulting, Financial Products for Energy Efficiency

Brief description of the Contract:

Consulting services to identify the viability of EE-measures for households, small and medium-sized companies by designing financial products, channels and conditions for financing.

Among others, the study shall include components of empirical validation (EE-survey), a proposal for an integrated institutional setup, credit- and EE-enhancing incentive schemes and an Environmental and Social Risks Analysis. The consultant shall form a small team covering the areas with wellqualified experts (e.g. economist and engineer, the latter with background as EE-auditor). Furthermore, due to the travel restrictions the Consultant must have access to a team member being based in Egypt
