Consulting Services, Social Communication to Reduce the Stigmatization of Returning Migrants

Project: 

"Perspectives for Returnees through Social and Labor Integration (PERSPECTIVAS)" plans measures of social and labor integration to improve the living conditions and labor prospects of returnees in selected municipalities of El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.

The services requested are as follows:

a) Conducting an assessment of perceptions, social constructs, and prevailing narratives surrounding return migration in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
b) Designing a comprehensive communication and awareness-raising campaign based on the theory of change.
c) Implementation of a multi-channel, region-specific campaign in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
d) Monitoring and evaluation of the campaign’s reach, reception, and impact.
e) Systematization of the experience and development of guidelines, products, formats, and materials that enable the adaptation and replication of the campaign in other countries in the region
