Brief description of the Contract:
Design, construction and management of a greenfield Center of Excellence in Tbilisi. The CoE shall provide high quality TVET at international standards for the construction and logistic sector - offering training from crafts level up to engineering competencies for approximately 1.200 trainees.
Requested services:
Consulting services for the implementation and accompanying measures consultant for the design and construction supervision and operation of the Center of Excellence, Tbilisi, Georgia. The services requested under this assignment are subdivided into the following components:
- Component I: engineering, design and construction supervision of a greenfield Center of Excellence (CoE) (loan financed implementation measures)
- Component II: institutionalization, management, and operation of the CoE and training activities (grant financed accompanying measures)
