Consulting Services for Mobilizing Private-Sector Investment (Green Finance/Climate Resilience)

Requested Services:

• The aforementioned project for mobilizing private-sector investment in support of the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) consists of two components: Component 1 (NDC support) with a revolving concessional climate credit line together with the Green Finance and Investment Facility (GFIF) and Component 2 which involves a Credit Guarantee Facility (CGF) that provides partial credit guarantees (PCG).
  The envisaged advisory services under Component 1 concern, inter alia, updating and further developing the existing GFIF Operations Manual, capacity building for the Development Bank Ghana, developing communication tools and mainstreaming gender-sensitive approaches. Under component 2, outputs will include, inter alia, marketing activities, the review and adaptation of existing risk management tools, capacity building, IT and compliance with environmental and social standards.
