Consulting Services for an Implementation Consultant to Assist MPPMCL and West Discom in System Strengthening Project in Indore

Requested Services: 

• The objective of the PIC’s assignment is to provide expertise and support to PEA in review of contactor’s design, construction and commissioning supervision and project management services to ensure an effectual realisation of the project with respect to time, cost, and quality.
• The PIC will fulfil the role of a FIDIC Engineer acc. to FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design Build (Yellow
  Book).
• Implementation and application of a quality management system in line with ISO 9001;
• Ensuring compliance with the environmental management system according to ISO 14001;
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational, Health, Safety and Labour Conditions according to ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001.
• Support in review, update, and monitoring of project indicators as per requirements by KfW;
• Proper management of the works project as „Engineer‟including field measurements and quality assurance work; Comprehensive supervision of project implementation activities carried out by the Contractors to ensure complete compliance with the drawings, technical specifications and
  various stipulations contained in the Contract Documents;
• Efficient construction supervision by personnel who are experienced in the modern methods of construction supervision and contract management;
• To ensure high standards of quality assurance in the supervision/execution of work;
• Completion of the work within the stipulated period of completion. Prepare, Verify & support the Nodal Officer / Executing Agency for submission of Project Closure Documentation;
• Monitoring as per ESHS guidelines.
