Consulting Services, Project Supervision and Monitoring (Renewable Energies/Solar PV/BESS)

Project measures:

• The Employer has developed a solar PV power plant (PVPP) with a capacity of ca. 112.5 MW_AC at the site Goaltore, located ca. 170k west of Calcutta. The Employer is now in the process of developing a second phase PVPP with a capacity of ca. 100 MW_AC including a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with an energy-capacity of ca. 52 MWh (the “Project”) at the same site using land that remains available there. The Project will be implemented through a turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract including five years of operation and maintenance (O&M). Procurement of the EPC is expected to commence in October 2025 and completed by the time the Consulting Services commence

Requested services:

• Supervision and monitoring of the aforementioned PV project (Goaltore, Phase 2); the requested services include a review of the detailed engineering design, supervision of works and installation of the PVPP and BESS in accordance with FIDEC-Design-Build, contract and claim management, reporting to KfW as well as disbursement management and cost controlling and monitoring of compliance with environmental, social and health standards (ESS, ESHS, EHS)
