Consulting Services, Implementation of the Indonesia Policy Dialogue Fund (Sector Diagnostic Study)

Brief description of the Contract:

ADB and KfW have launched the first policy-based loan programme on digital financial inclusion in Indonesia in 2021 (PIFIP I). The programme´s objective has been to improve the government’s capabilities to better target and track financial inclusion efforts; directly increase access to finance for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises and the underserved using innovative technology; and strengthen the regulatory framework for digital finance, data privacy and consumer protection.

Requested Services:

• The Consultant is expected to prepare phase II of the policy-based loan programme on digital financial inclusion in Indonesia in 2021 (PIFIP II) which is part of the Indonesia Policy Dialogue Forum by delivering a sector diagnostic study.
