Brief description of the Contract:

Implementation of the Sewer System in Karak

Final design and tender documents were elaborated in 2010 for the supply, construction, installation, completion, operation and maintenance of the following Works in the context of the Project “Wastewater in Karak and Kofranja”: Supply and install sewer network of diameters DN 300, DN 200 and DN 150 of approximately 41,817 m length. Construction of two wastewater pumping stations for Karak including pumps, Main distribution Board and all necessary civil, electrical and mechanical works. Supply and install ductile iron force main of diameter 100 mm of about 890 m and diameter 150 mm of about 1,590 m. Supply and install appurtenances, e.g. valves, fittings, etc

Requested Services:

The Consultant shall review the existing design and existing tender documents, produce the final version and assist the PEA in tendering of the works. Finally, he has to carry out construction supervision and assistance during the defect’s notification period.
