Requested Services:

Within the scope of Phase 2 of the afore-mentioned Municipal Environmental Protection Programm, institutional strengthening measures are planned to help ensure the provision of water supply, wastewater and sanitation services:

▪ Technical support for the operation and maintenance of water supply, wastewater and stormwater sewer systems, including drinking water treatment and wastewater treatment plants
▪ Design and implementation of an awareness campaign to promote willingness to pay
▪ Water loss management in water utilities
▪ Preparation or updating of cost and tariff studies
▪ Improvement of the billing system
