Brief description of the Contract:

• Carry out the comprehensive oversight of the contract signed for the structuring and execution of prioritized projects for road infrastructure works and the strengthening of capacities of community organizations related to the planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of road infrastructure in the municipalities of Morelia, San José del Fragua, and Valparaíso, department of Caquetá (Colombia), within the framework of the implementation of the Pilot Program for Priority Investments in PDET Municipalities.
  The oversight includes technical monitoring, administrative, financial, accounting, and legal control and surveillance.
