Consulting Services, Training of Teachers and Staff of Partner Companies

Project:

The Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum – WB6-CIF – has received financing from KfW Development Bank in the form of a financial contribution toward the cost of the Regional Challenge Fund project. The “Regional Challenge Fund” (the ‘RCF’) is a distinct facility set up to strengthen the labor market relevance of vocational training (VET) particularly through support to VET projects that are jointly implemented by vocational training institutes and partner enterprises (cooperative training approach) in the Western Balkans 6 countries. 

Requested Services:

• Training to strengthen the professional development of teachers at CACTTUS Education through a series of pedagogical and practical training and tools to support productive learning, student engagement, multimedia learning, project-based learning and result-based assessment
• Design and implement a comprehensive ICT curriculum modernization program through market and technology research, development of competency-based curricula and training materials aligned with international standards, and capacity building of teachers in modern curriculum design and digital pedagogy and
• Training of the staff of the partner companies to implement the training programs. This includes train-the-trainer activities and other capacity development measures to enhance the technical and teaching skills of the staff of Cactus Education and partner companies.
