- Strengthen the Laotian wood-processing industry through capacity building to improve management capacities, enhance technology and prepare for compliance with Lao TLAS regulations (Lao Timber Legality Assurance System); inter alia, this tender involves 1) building the capacity of wood processing SMEs, as well as relevant educational institutions/ government agencies, (2) evaluating lessons and refining the capacity building approach for scaling-up, as well as (3) providing wood processing technology support.
