Brief description of the Contract:

• The technical advisory services for the study “Green Hydrogen and Potential Derived Products Factory in Morocco” aims to manage and supervise the entire technical process from the feasibility study up to the signing of the Project agreements including the prequalification phase (‘’RFQB’’), the request for proposals (“RFPB”), the selection of the Preferred Bidder(s), the effectiveness of the main contracts (power purchase and financing agreements) and the financial close. Moreover, it is contemplated to have a one-stage tender process in which pre-qualified Bidders shall submit a technical offer, contractual documents and a financial proposal all at once. However, Masen reserves the right to launch a two-stage tender in which case, a section of “Preparation of documents and process management of the second phase of the RFPB (“RFPB2”)” will be added.
