Consulting Services, Prefeasibility for a Cable Transport System

Project

As part of the improvement of the public transport offer on the territory of the agglomeration of Rabat-Salé, the STRS in partnership with KfW, wishes to carry out a Prefeasibility study for a cable transport system crossing the Bouregreg Valley

The main objectives of the project are:

• Improve mobility by offering an additional and complementary offer to existing means of transportation

• Reduce car traffic by offering a credible alternative

• Reduce environmental impacts, in particular emissions of pollutants and carbon dioxide

• Improve the quality of life of local residents

• Offer innovative and accessible transport

• Contribute to enhancing the image of the Capital

Brief description of the Contract:

The services requested from the consultant as part of this prefeasibility study are amongst others as follows:

1. Conduct a diagnostic and benchmark

2. Multicriteria comparative analysis to determine project potential

3. Develop and present scenarios
