- within the framework of component 3 of the above-mentioned project in support of technical and vocational training (PAFTP), personnel responsible for the maintenance of rehabilitation and construction work already carried out by the project are to undergo basic and further training to enable them to plan and execute maintenance and repair work on the vocational school buildings and the technical equipment.
