Briefly, the main works to be constructed under a FIDIC Yellow Book contract are:
- Transmission pipeline 2 × DN500 with a length of approximately 12,6 km
- Distribution network incl. all associated branch pipes (Pipe diameters reaching from DN700 to DN50) to the heating consumers in the city of Bitola (approx. network length 16 km)

- RBA Termo JV consisting of GRANIT AD SKOPJE (North Macedonia), RAPID BILD DOO KUMANOVO (North Macedonia) and ATOMENERGOREMONT AD (Bulgaria)
