Project:
The Government of Rwanda (GoR), through the Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA), in collaboration with the Government of Germany via KfW Development Bank, is preparing a project to promote sustainable public spaces in selected secondary cities — Huye, Rusizi, Nyagatare, Muhanga, and Rwamagana.
The project aims to enhance urban climate resilience, social inclusion, and gender equality by developing multifunctional, nature-based public spaces that are safe, accessible, and sustainable.
Requested Services:
- The consultancy will prepare a comprehensive Feasibility Study and environmental and social safeguard documents incl. preliminary designs for the proposed measures that will determine the technical, financial, environmental, and institutional viability of the project.
