Consulting Services, Feasibility Study - Construction and Equipment of a University of Applied Sciences in Mbacké

Brief description of the Contract:

• Within the framework of the Financial Cooperation with Senegal, it is planned to carry out the feasibility study "Construction and equipment of an Higher Institute of Vocational Education in Mbacke" for the promotion of vocational training in the field of renewable energies and energy efficiency. The consultant will support the project promoter during the in-depth analysis phase, as well as in the development of a project concept taking into account the location, target group, market needs, stakeholders, interventions of other technical and financial partners and potential risks, all with a clear reference to the sustainability of the measure.
