Requested Services:

  • Energy efficient reconstruction and modernization of VMA hospital in Belgrade; this bid consists of 3 lots:

    Lot 1: Design and build photovoltaic solar power plants (minimum 5 MW) on the outside car park and the roof of the VMA building (FIDIC Yellow Book)

    Lot 2: Design and build new boiler house and pipelines (3 x 8 MW gas condensing boilers) to the facility (FIDIC Yellow Book)

    Lot 3: Excecute a set of minor and medium stand-alone construction-related investments within the VMA building, e.g. hot water preparation system and structural rehabilitation works (FIDIC Red Book)
