Consulting, Support for Project Implementation (Coastal Wetland Ecosystems)

Requested Services:

• Within the scope of the afore-mentioned project ‘Coastal Wetland Ecosystems Conservation and Management in the Red River Delta’, which is focused on integrated coastal zone management, coastal protection infrastructure, ecosystem restoration and climate-resilient livelihoods for local communities, comprehensive support is being sought for the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment as well as for the provincial authorities in order to move forward with project implementation. These services include technical design, procurement support under KfW guidelines, financial and contract management, E&S safeguards compliance, monitoring and evaluation and stakeholder coordination at national and provincial level.
