Requested services:

Consulting services to "Design and implement an administration and execution scheme for a special small grants program (up to USD 30,000 per initiative, total fund up to USD 650,000) aimed at indigenous women of the Amazon Biome"

Brief description of the Project: The consultant should achieve the following goals:

First Component: Administration Resources procedures.

Second Component: Design and requirements for the small grants call for proposals.

Third Component: An implementation strategy, including administrative and financial procedures for execution

Fourth component: Capacity building strategy for the implementing entities.

Fifth component: Monitoring and evaluation system, according to the indicators foreseen for the REDD for Early Movers Programme REM / Colombia.

Sixth component: A communication strategy, to visualize the progress and results of the implementation strategy
