Brief description of the contract:
The Project Executing Agency (PEA) is seeking to engage a qualified consultant to perform the following services for the implementation of the rehabilitation and extension of water supply and sewerage systems including wastewater treatment plants in the region of Himara and Orikum in the south west of Albania:
• Overall management of the project
• Detailed design incl. ESIA, tendering
• Construction supervision
• Assistance to the PEA during Defects Notification Period
