The project supports the establishment of a Regional Center of Excellence for Vaccines, Immunization and Health Supply Chain Management (RCE-VIHSCM) at the University of Rwanda, School of Public Health, in Kigali. It is intended to provide a high-quality education and training program for health logistics in the EAC and a regional hub for the introduction and dissemination of innovation and best practices. The project includes a construction component, the financing of scholarships and investments in the establishment of the RCE, training measures, as well as networking and coordination activities. Requested Consulting Services:
Implementation consultant services for phase 2. The services shall comprise assistance in: financial management and procurement, organizational support, marketing and punctual support in specialized areas of health supply chain management.
