The project aims at improving the Forestry Development Authority infrastructure to better carry out its mandate. The infrastructure that will be constructed comprises a Park Headquarter, a manager’s accommodation, 9 ranger accommodations, 3 park offices, 3 water supply systems, 3 power houses and 2 jetties.
The Implementation Consultant will provide the following services:
- Preparation and validation of the Basic Preliminary Design (BPD) and Detailed Preliminary Design (DPD) for all constructions
- Preparation and execution of the tender for the construction company
- Regulatory and Safety Compliance
- Works supervision
- Technical work reporting
- Financial monitoring and funding request
- Acceptance, testing, handover and defects notification
