- The African Union Commission has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Building Institutions and Systems to Harness and Realize Agenda (Biashara) 2063 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Enterprise Business Laptops for African Union Commission.
2. The African Union Commission now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of Enterprise Business Laptops as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF borrowers, September 2023, Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, Fifth Edition, September 2023’’ and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The African Union Commission (AUC) offices during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English Language may be obtained from the African Union Commission website at the following link https://au.int/en/bids free of charge.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 13 August 2025 at 15:00Hrs. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 13 August 2025 at 15:30Hrs.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 8,000.00
