Vorgesehen

Lieferung und Installation von technischer Ausrüstung und Mobiliar für 2 Berufsbildungsinstitute (VTIs) in Irbid, Jordanien; Umfang:

  • Möbel für technische und allgemeine Zwecke
  • Vernetzte IT-Ausstattung mit spezifizierten Anwendungen
  • Technische Ausrüstung für Lehrwerkstätten (Metallmechanik, Elektrik/Elektronik, IT, Fahrzeugtechnik)
  • Montage und Installation der Geräte nach Bedarf
  • Inbetriebnahme der Ausrüstung und Schulung des Personals für Betrieb und Wartung (O&M) nach Bedarf
  • Follow-up-Unterstützung und Bereitstellung von Garantie- und anderen Kundendienstleistungen

Das Angebot besteht aus vier Losen wie folgt:

  • Los 1: IT
  • Los 2: Elektrik/Elektronik
  • Los 3: Metallmechanik
  • Los 4: Kfz


Die Bieter können für mehrere Lose oder für einzelne Lose bieten.

Die Ausschreibung erfolgt im einstufigen Ein-Umschlag-Verfahren (National Competitive Bidding, NCB) gemäß den KfW-Richtlinien für die Beschaffung von Waren, Bau- und damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen in der Finanziellen Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerländern ("KfW-Richtlinien", www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de ).

Die Ausschreibung ist offen für nationale und internationale Firmen. Internationale Anbieter müssen entweder bei der Auftragsvergabe oder vor der Vertragsunterzeichnung in Jordanien gemäß den nationalen Gesetzen und Vorschriften registriert sein, wenn sie sich als Einzelunternehmen bewerben, oder sich mit einem qualifizierten lokalen jordanischen JV Partner oder einem lokalen Agenten zusammenschließen.

Title:  Supply and Installation of Technical Equipment and Furniture for 2 Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs) in Irbid, Jordan


Type of notice: Tender notification


Brief description:

Compilation of complex equipment and furniture groups for training workshops and laboratories of various manufacturers based on technical specifications in the fields of metal mechanics, electrical/electronics, IT, automotive.

Delivery of:
−    Furniture for technical and general purposes
−    Networked IT equipment with specified applications
−    Technical equipment for training workshops (metal mechanics, electrical/electronics, IT, automotive)
−    Assembly and installation of the equipment as required.
−    Commissioning of the equipment and staff operation & maintenance (O&M) training as required.
−    Follow-up support and provision of warranty and other after-sales services.

The bid is composed of four lots as follows:
Lot 1: IT
Lot 2: Electrics
Lot 3: Metal Mechanics
Lot 4: Automotive

Bidders are invited to bid for multiple lots or single lots.


Bidding will be conducted by means of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) single-stage one-envelope procedure as specified in the KfW Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and associated Services in Financial Cooperation with Partner Countries (“KfW Guidelines”, www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de).


The bidding is open to national and international firms. International suppliers shall either be registered in Jordan according to national laws and regulations upon award and before contract signing when applying as single entity; or enter into an association with a qualified local Jordanian supplier or with a Local Jordanian Agent.
