Vorgesehen:

  • Bereitstellung professioneller Bauüberwachung und Vertragsverwaltung im Rahmen des o. g. Programms für integrierte Entwicklung und Anpassung an den Klimawandel (PIDACC). Ziel ist es, die erfolgreiche Umsetzung und fristgerechte Fertigstellung der Instandsetzung und Modernisierung der Bewässerungsinfrastruktur sowie des Baus eines Mehrzweck-Erddamms und der dazugehörigen Wasserbauwerke zu gewährleisten.

     

The overall objective of the assignment is to assist the PIDACC to provide expert oversight and management to ensure the successful implementation and timely completion of the construction/rehabilitation of multipurpose infrastructure project.

The specific objective of this assignment is to provide professional engineering supervision and contract administration for:

  • Rehabilitation and modernization of irrigation infrastructure
  • Construction of a multipurpose earth dam and associated hydraulic structures

The Consultant shall ensure that works are delivered:

  • Within approved budget and timeline
  • In compliance with technical specifications
  • In accordance with AfDB Environmental and Social Safeguards
  • With high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability
