Vorgesehen:

  • Automatisierung der vereinfachten Steuererhebung für Kleinst- und Kleinunternehmen, Einführung eines Portals für nicht-steuerliche Einnahmen in allen Ministerien, Abteilungen und Behörden (MDAs) sowie Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung eines Streitbeilegungs- und Steuergerichts im Rahmen des o. g. Projekts zur Stärkung der wirtschaftspolitischen Steuerung und der Infrastrukturentwicklung (SEGID)

The services included under this project comprise consulting services to support the Ministry of Finance of the Federal Republic of Somalia in strengthening domestic resource mobilization and public finance management. The assignment involves the automation of simplified tax collection for micro and small businesses, the rollout of a non-tax revenue portal across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), and support to the establishment of a dispute resolution and tax tribunal. The project is implemented by the Ministry of Finance under the economic governance program and is aligned with the Medium-Term Revenue Roadmap (MTRR). The duration of the assignment is expected to be ten (10) months, followed by post-implementation maintenance and hands-on support for a period of at least one (1) year.
