Electronic Payment Services (Social Cash Transfer Programme)

Brief description of the Contract:

• i) core services - electronic payment services (e-payment services) for the Government of Malawi’s Social Cash Transfer Programme in the fifteen Districts supported by KfW and the EU, ii) potential optional/complementary services, specifically including a) possible expansion to recipients in additional Districts b) “vertical expansions” (additional amounts paid to the same recipients, whether as an increase of a single payment) c) “horizontal expansions”, to new recipients (3 lots)
