Webinar l East Asia l Space
From Orbit to Market - East Asia

The Recording

Companies and early-stage startups interested in the space industry received a concise overview of current developments for space-related and technology-driven business models in China, South Korea and Japan.

What market opportunities do these East Asian markets offer for space and high-tech companies? Which players, programs and tenders are relevant? And what are the key legal requirements for a successful market entry?

The focus was on market and technology trends in the space industry as well as adjacent high-tech fields such as AI, robotics, logistics and energy. We introduced key industry players, potential customers, investors, startups, as well as public programs and tenders. In addition, GTAI experts provided an overview of key points of contact and on-the-ground support services.

Another core topic was an overview of the legal framework for entering China, South Korea and Japan, including common corporate structures.

This webinar was part of a series on space markets worldwide.
