The World Bank Group (WBG) plans to engage an international consulting firm to provide technical assistance to the Affordable Housing Board (AHB) supporting the Government of Kenya's Affordable Housing Program (AHP) with project structuring, feasibility, project evaluation and management, implementing-agency fund management and fund-utilization support, strengthening of County Rural and Urban Affordable Housing Committees, and preparation of an AHP Project Structuring Framework. The primary objective of this assignment is to help AHB and its partner institutions establish a practical, Board-ready AHP Project Structuring and Implementation-Support Framework and Toolkit.
